1/ Simply park in one of the lots located behind the Eugene Hotel or the Greyhound Bus Station.
2/ Have dinner at the Sweet Basil Thai Restaurant.
3/ Ask your server or hostess for the validation sticker with your check.
4/ Affix the validation sticker to your citation/violation ticket and drop it into the toll box.
